Hi

I am kinda new to this site..

My main hobby is metal detecting. I started when I was a teenager and am still doing it when my wife lets me have some free time (not often).

I also enjoy making videos of some of the hunts:

If anyone is keen on getting together to do some metal detecting, let me know, as I am keen too..

I tend to get out EARLY on the weekends.. I usually start before the sun comes up and head home just before 8am (else wise my wife will kill me).

Hi Karl,

Cheers-I've enjoyed your posts on "youtube." I tend to do a lot of my hunting early morning or late. Its kinda convienient with work and avoiding the crowds. Not sure...think you are an E-Trac user as well?? If your keen to do a local hunt sometime let me know, it would good to compair notes on the E-trac...took me a bit to get my head around but starting to get consistant results.
