Hi All,

I'm all new to this, just purchased a gold pan from trademe and trying to do some research on where i can go gold fossicking in North Island but not having much luck, can someone suggest some locations.

There is a book called Gold in My Bottle; it talks about an area around Thames. You need to contact Hamilton DOC prior to going there. Not sure if it still relevant.
